For those of you redirected here in an attempt to check out the developments on uberclothing.com, the premium online shopping experience, do not be dismayed. Things are still in the works! We actually got hit with some major traffic this month and it put us over our bandwidth limit. I guess that's a good thing, right?

So stay tuned, we're still working on a great new site. Don't forget about us on twitter as well!

In the meantime, feel free to head over to our parent company's blog and website and check them out on twitter as well.

Well, after some unexpected traffic to uberclothing.com, we've hit our limit for bandwidth for the month. Since we are still in the development phase and personally seeking out designers, we've decided to just hold tight until next month to bring the landing pages live again.

Rest assured uberclothing is still in the works. The dream is no dead. Stay tuned as we keep on truckin'.

In honor of the rainsoaked Midwest and East Coast today, here's a little color to brighten your day.

There's nothing like a pair of classic Hunter Wellies. These purpose-driven Brit boots have been around since the early 19th century and have kept the numbers's feet dry ever since.

Great for men, women and children, they harken us back to our playful roots when a little rain didn't hurt anybody.

We can thank AT&T for taking this underground fashion trend into the mainstream. And this time around, it's for the best.

TOMS are the driving force behind Blake Mycoskie's dream of covering the feet of poverty-stricken children all over the world. For every shoe purchased, a child in need will also receive their own pair of TOMS.

Since it's inception in May 2006, TOMS has given over 90,000 shoes to children throughout South America and Africa.

The design of the shoe is rather simple. Based on a traditional Argentine shoe, TOMS consist of a single-pice sole, and a piece of fabric wrapped and sewn over the top of the foot. I got my first pair this past Christmas and have found them incredibly comfortable and novel. Easy on, easy off....much like a certain other shoe alternative, but way more fashionable!

They come in a wide range of colors and patterns for both men and women. But, the coolest ones are the TINY TOMS!!! So adorable! To think that while my beautiful, blonde son plays in the lush grass of Mid-America, a little boy is kicking a soccer ball in the dirt and gravel of South America, it's the least I can do to cover his bare feet.

I encourage you to visit their website, www.tomsshoes.com, enjoy the coolness of their design, and impact the feet of children all over the world.

Looks like we've got ourselves a trend!

We're starting to see this 'bold geometric' look from a few different designers. Definitely a step up from humor tees for the frat boys!

I've been a long-time fan of the collection of watches at Tokyo Flash. Not for anything more than the sheer creativity and interest of the products. I never thought it could be so difficult to tell time, but these designers sure try!

These watches are the epitomé of Japanese design. Metal, colored plastic, flashing lights...not that much different from the view of downtown Tokyo.

So, what's the point? Why make something so UNfunctional? The more you think about it, couldn't the same be said for some of the other technology of our day? The iPod? It's built on commonsense, but at first glance, the limited navigational tools may be confusing until you begin to use it and make it your own. I think the same can be said for these watches. Once you begin to use it on a daily basis, it becomes natural.

Yes, they're flashy and creative and will definitely start a conversation on your Tube ride home. But,the timelessness (yea, a little pun) of a nylon-strapped Timex Military Watch (and it's ability to go with anything) would be my choice any day. (eye candy below)
